6x6x30 | Thread Tales

In this series, I use my background in printmaking and fiber arts to explore the passage of time through illustration. Each printed design draws inspiration from a natural entity: a crystal specimen, a water ripple, a hammer coral, a solar flare, and some dendritic drainage. I responded to the printed designs and intuitively created a story through embroidery to go along with them, focusing on illustrating subtle changes in time.
